Warranty Policy
At REBO, Customer Happiness is KEY and we stand behind our Products so if your bottle isn’t working as promised, please reach out to one of our Customer Happiness agents at hello@rebo-bottle.com. Our team will be happy to assist you and work with you to try and solve your issue, when possible, depending on the specifics of your case.
REBO offers a 2-year limited warranty on all products purchased on https://www.rebo-bottle.com and authorized retailers. The warranty covers manufacturing issues for the period of the warranty and is subject to prior evaluation of our customer happiness team.
Seals and Lace replacements are currently covered by our 2 year warranty from the moment of purchase (please note this could be subject to change). If your lace or seal broke and you need a replacement please contact us on hello@rebo-bottle.com and our team will assist you.
What’s not covered by the warranty?
- General wear and tear (i.e. scratches, dropped bottles, dents)
- Damage caused by incorrect cleaning or misuse (i.e. use of dishwasher for the cap, freezer, sand/sea water getting into the bottle)
- Disassembly, alterations, or modifications (i.e. engraving performed by third parties, unscrewing the cap’s metal pin next to the USB port)
- Application issues
*Personalized products are covered by the Warranty, but are not returnable or refundable. Personalized products are an irrevocable sale.
What you need to qualify for a warranty evaluation:
A proof of purchase is required in order to verify the date of purchase and ensure the authenticity of the product. If a proof of purchase is not provided, we will not offer a replacement as we will be unable to validate the warranty.
*Please note that the warranty does not restart when you receive your replacement bottle, this one remains at the same time length of original purchase or an extra 30 days, whichever is longer.
